For tenants
Is there a review about you?
A review on RenterCheck is not a verdict. You can see what was written about you and appeal it.
See reviews about yourself
Once logged in, you can see every review written about you, at no cost. Reviews are linked to your account through the PESEL number you gave when you registered.
Appeal an untrue review
You can file an appeal on any review: describe what is wrong and attach photos. Our team reviews it.
- While the appeal is being reviewed, the author can't edit or retract the review.
- If the appeal is upheld, the review is no longer shown.
- If it is rejected, you will see this on the review.
Your data
In settings, you can download a copy of your data and delete your account. Deleting your account doesn't delete reviews written about you — an untrue review can only be challenged through an appeal.
Check the landlord before you pay a deposit
The service works both ways: look up the landlord by PESEL number and read reviews from their previous tenants.
