For landlords
Before you hand the keys to a new tenant
A lease means trusting someone for months or years. Check what the landlords your prospective tenant rented from before have written about them.
Check before you sign
Look up the candidate by PESEL number. The result shows reviews written by other users, together with photos.
Checking often? Buy a bundle
If you rent out several apartments or change tenants often, a token bundle lowers the price of each lookup. A lookup that finds nothing doesn't use a token.
Write a review once the tenancy ends
Describe how the tenancy went: payments, the condition of the apartment, communication. You can attach up to 10 photos. Stick to the facts — the tenant can file an appeal, which our team reviews.
Tenants can check you too
The service works both ways. A reliable rental history also helps landlords who look after their tenants.
